Annual Periodic Report of the Service Enterprise Sending Vietnamese Workers Abroad for Employment
To: Department of Overseas Labor Management
I. Situation of Sending Workers Abroad during the Reporting Period
1. Information on the enterprise and conditions for maintaining the license to operate the service of sending Vietnamese workers abroad, as well as conditions for providing such services in specific markets, industries, or occupations:
a) Charter capital, escrow deposit, address of head office, orientation training facilities, branches, business locations, representative offices; enterprise registration certificate;
b) Website address of the enterprise;
c) Legal representative in charge of service activities for sending Vietnamese workers abroad under contract (including educational background, professional title, and work experience);
d) Operational staff engaged in activities of sending Vietnamese workers abroad under contract (full name, date of birth, gender, ID/CCCD number, professional position, educational qualifications, foreign language proficiency, work experience, social insurance code, date of participation in social insurance at the enterprise, date of labor contract signing, duration of employment, contract term);
đ) Information on service conditions for sending workers abroad by market, industry, occupation, or job (if there are changes compared to the previous reporting period):
– Sending workers to Japan/Taiwan (if applicable);
– Sending workers in nursing care occupations to Japan (if applicable);
– Sending domestic workers abroad (if applicable).
2. Service activities of sending Vietnamese workers abroad under contract outside the reporting data provided in the Database System:
a) Orientation training, vocational skill training, and language training (if any);
b) Workers’ escrow deposits and use of such deposits;
c) Management and protection of the lawful rights and interests of workers abroad (including cases arising during the reporting period that have been resolved, are under resolution, or remain unresolved; number of workers who overstayed illegally abroad after contract termination);
d) Implementation of regimes and policies applicable to workers abroad under contract;
đ) Liquidation of contracts sending Vietnamese workers abroad for employment;
e) Support for job placement for returning workers;
g) Revenue and economic performance of the enterprise in relation to activities of sending Vietnamese workers abroad (including implementation of brokerage contracts and service fees under such contracts).
II. Advantages and Difficulties

III. Recommendations and Proposals
