Penalties for Commercial Legal Entities Committing Crimes

Principal penalties include:
a) Monetary fine;
b) Suspension of operations for a definite term;
c) Permanent suspension of operations.

Additional penalties include:
a) Prohibition from conducting business or engaging in certain fields;
b) Prohibition from raising capital;
c) Monetary fine, when not imposed as a principal penalty.

For each offense, a commercial legal entity committing the crime shall be subject to only one principal penalty and may be subject to one or several additional penalties.
