How does the Civil Procedure Code stipulate civil requests under the jurisdiction of the Court?

This article enumerates 10 such requests as follows:

  1. Request for declaration or annulment of a declaration that a person has lost civil act capacity, has restricted civil act capacity, or has difficulty in cognition and behavior control.
  2. Request for a notice of search for a person absent from his/her residence and for management of such person’s property.
  3. Request for declaration or annulment of a declaration that a person is missing.
  4. Request for declaration or annulment of a declaration that a person is dead.
  5. Request for recognition and enforcement in Vietnam, or non-recognition, of civil judgments or rulings, or rulings on property in criminal or administrative judgments of foreign courts; or non-recognition of civil judgments or rulings, or rulings on property in criminal or administrative judgments of foreign courts without a request for enforcement in Vietnam.
  6. Request for declaration of a notarized document as invalid.
  7. Request for recognition of out-of-court mediation results.
  8. Request for recognition that property located within the territory of Vietnam is ownerless, and recognition of ownership rights of the person currently managing such ownerless property within the territory of Vietnam.
  9. Request for determination of ownership rights, rights to use property, division of common property for judgment enforcement, and other requests as prescribed by the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement.
  10. Other civil requests, except those falling under the jurisdiction of other agencies or organizations as prescribed by law.
