What are the contents of a labor supply contract for Vietnamese workers working abroad?

1. A labor supply contract is a written agreement between a Vietnamese service enterprise and a foreign party receiving workers, specifying the conditions, rights, and obligations of each party in the supply and reception of Vietnamese workers to work abroad.

2. A labor supply contract must comply with Vietnamese law, the law of the receiving country, and must include the following contents:

a) Duration of the contract;
b) Number of workers; sector, occupation, job to be performed; age of workers;
c) Receiving country;
d) Workplace if the contract is signed with a foreign employer;
đ) Working conditions and environment;
e) Working hours and rest periods;
g) Occupational safety and hygiene;
h) Wages, salaries, other benefits and bonuses (if any); overtime pay; wage deductions as prescribed by the law of the receiving country;
i) Conditions of meals, accommodation, living, and travel between the place of residence and the workplace;
k) Medical examination, treatment, and reproductive health care regimes;
l) Social insurance, health insurance, occupational accident insurance, and occupational disease insurance;
m) Conditions for early termination of the contract by the worker and liability for damages;
n) Service fees paid by the foreign party receiving workers (if any);
o) Responsibility for payment of travel expenses from Vietnam to the workplace and vice versa;
p) Responsibilities of the parties when the worker encounters risks during the time working abroad;
q) Responsibilities of the parties in resolving issues arising concerning the worker during the time working abroad;
r) Mechanisms, procedures, and applicable laws for dispute resolution;
s) Other agreements not contrary to law and social morality.
