Application Dossier for Registration of a Private Enterprise

1. Application for enterprise registration.

2. A copy of the legal papers of the individual being the owner of the private enterprise.

In case the owner of the private enterprise declares their personal identification number, the enterprise registration dossier shall not include a copy of the individual’s legal papers.

Declaration of Personal Information in the Enterprise Registration Procedure
Where a personal identification number has been issued, the applicant for enterprise registration shall declare the following information: full name (including middle name), date of birth, personal identification number, and gender of themselves and of any individual whose personal information is required to be declared in the enterprise registration dossier, and consent to share such personal information stored in the National Population Database with the Business Registration Authority and the State management authority on enterprise registration for the purpose of State management of enterprise registration in accordance with law.

The declared information shall be cross-checked against the information stored in the National Population Database. In case the declared personal information is inconsistent with the information stored in the National Population Database, the concerned individual shall be responsible for updating and correcting such information to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Contents of the Application for Enterprise Registration
The application for enterprise registration shall include the following principal details:

1. Name of the enterprise;

2. Address of the enterprise’s head office, telephone number; fax number, email (if any);

3. Business lines;

4. Charter capital; investment capital of the owner of the private enterprise;

5. Tax registration information;

6. Expected number of employees;

7. Full name, signature, contact address, nationality, and information on legal papers of the individual being the owner of the private enterprise;

8. Information on the beneficial owner of the enterprise (if any).

• Clause 1 Article 11, Clause 1 Article 24 of Decree No. 168/2025/NĐ-CP on Enterprise Registration.
