Emergency Petition for Assistance

I would like to share a template for an Emergency Petition for Assistance in cases where a family member encounters distress abroad.

Note: If there is a criminal offense involved, a denunciation should be filed with the competent Police authority. (For example: if the violation occurs in China, one may call the emergency number 110 immediately while simultaneously submitting the petition. The Emergency Petition for Assistance, however, should be submitted to the Department of Foreign Affairs.)

Depending on the circumstances, practical situation, and specific context, the contents of the petition should be drafted accordingly. Here, I only provide a basic outline.
