Which Civil Disputes Fall Under the Jurisdiction of the Court?

This article provides a comprehensive summary of 14 categories of civil disputes that fall within the jurisdiction of the People’s Courts for adjudication, as follows:

  1. Disputes concerning Vietnamese nationality between individuals.

  2. Disputes over ownership rights and other rights in relation to property.

  3. Disputes arising from civil transactions and civil contracts.
