Regulations on Seizure of Means of Transportation
In the case of seizing means of transportation belonging to a commercial legal entity, the competent criminal enforcement agency may require the commercial entity or the person managing or using the means of transportation to hand over the registration certificate of such means of transportation, if available.
The criminal enforcement agency has the authority to request the competent authority to prohibit the transfer, pledge, mortgage, lease, or restrict the use of the seized means of transportation.
The seizure of aircraft or ships for enforcement purposes shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law on the seizure of aircraft and ships.
