Housing Warranty
Housing shall be warranted from the time of completion of construction and acceptance for use, with the following duration:
a) For condominiums: at least 60 months;
b) For detached houses: at least 24 months.
The scope of housing warranty includes repair and remedy of damages to the frame, columns, beams, floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, terraces, staircases, cladding, tiling, plastering, fuel supply system, power supply system for household use, lighting system, water tanks and domestic water supply system, septic tanks and wastewater, domestic waste drainage systems, rectification of tilting, subsidence, cracks, collapse of the house, and other contents as agreed in the housing purchase or lease-purchase contract.
For other equipment attached to the house, the seller or lessor under lease-purchase shall perform repair or replacement warranty in accordance with the warranty period prescribed by the manufacturer.
