Application dossier for the Certificate of Eligibility for Lottery Business:
a) A written request for the issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Lottery Business submitted by the Construction Lottery Company or the Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company, clearly stating the type of lottery product proposed for business operation;
b) The owner’s opinion regarding the issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Lottery Business;
c) The business operation plan of the Construction Lottery Company or the Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company;
d) The decision on enterprise establishment (certified copy);
đ) The enterprise registration certificate (certified copy);
e) The enterprise’s charter approved by the owner (certified copy);
g) The most recent audited financial statement of the Construction Lottery Company or the Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company.
