Synchronous Property (or Integral Object)
Article 114 of the 2015 Civil Code provides for Synchronous Property as follows:
A synchronous property is a property composed of parts or components that are interconnected and functionally integrated to form a complete whole, such that if any part or component is missing or is of the wrong specification or type, the property cannot be used, or its utility value is diminished.
When performing the obligation to deliver a synchronous property, all of its constituent parts or components must be delivered, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
