Civil rights are established on the following bases:

Contracts.

Unilateral legal acts.

Decisions of courts or other competent authorities as prescribed by law.

Results of labor, production, and business activities; results of creative activities that generate intellectual property objects.

Possession of property.

Use of property or obtaining benefits from property without a legal basis.

Suffering damage caused by unlawful acts.

Performance of work without authorization.

Other bases as prescribed by law.
